CONSTRUCTION UPDATES
September 25, 2026 | Stormwater & Landscaping Progress
We should start a piping YouTube channel because boy oh boy we can’t help ourselves! Taking a break from the sewer lines, our stormwater crew is back at it, having wrapped up near the alternate exit and now working their way along the road. So if you find yourself driving through the area, slow down – let them work, let them live!!
And since the piping’s done near the alternate exit, we were able to extend the landscaping buffer hundreds of yards! This buffer makes your community more beautiful and gives you extra privacy. By the time your community opens, these trees and bushes will be all grown up!
August 28, 2026 | Sewer Line Installation
Another day, another trench full of progress!
Crews are hard at work installing the community’s sewer lines, extending this essential infrastructure throughout the property and ultimately connecting directly to each homesite.
This work also ties into the pump station featured in our last construction update. Together, these systems represent another important piece of the infrastructure taking shape behind the scenes.
It may not be the most glamorous part of building a community, but it’s a major milestone – and another sign of just how much progress is happening every day.
August 13, 2026 | Pump Station Installation
Crews are installing the community’s pump station, an important component of the infrastructure being built throughout the property. Located toward the back of the community, the pump station will help move wastewater through the system and keep everything flowing where it needs to go.
It’s muddy work right now, but that’s exactly what progress looks like at this stage of construction. With another major infrastructure component underway, the community continues to take shape from the ground up.
July 31, 2026 | Turning Lane Progress
The new turning lane has officially entered its next phase, and there’s no shortage of equipment getting after it!
Crews are excavating the entire length of the future turning lane, preparing the area for the base material that will create a strong foundation for the finished asphalt.
And just how big of a project is it? The turning lane stretches approximately the length of six football fields!
That’s a whole lot of digging, grading, and precision work. While major infrastructure projects take time, there’s tremendous progress happening every day.
Rome wasn’t built in a day – and neither is a first-class entrance to your new community.
